1. Purpose

These Fair Play & Game Rules (“Rules”) explain how DollarBets.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates, how predictions are resolved, and what standards all players must follow. These Rules are designed to ensure a fun, fair, and transparent experience for everyone.

2. Nature of Play

• DollarBets.com is an entertainment-only prediction platform.
  
  
• Users acquire BetCoins (virtual points), which have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, cryptocurrency, or goods.
  
  
• All use of BetCoins is for play and entertainment only.
  
  

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  
  
• Only one account per person is allowed.
  
  
• Bots, scripts, or automated tools are not permitted.
  
  

4. Market Creation

• Prediction categories (sports, entertainment, current events, etc.) are created by DollarBets.
  
  
• Each market will display:
  
  
  • The event question (e.g., “Will Team A win on Saturday?”)
    
    
  • The possible outcomes (e.g., Yes/No, or multiple-choice).
    
    
  • The closing time for predictions.
    
    
• Users cannot create their own markets at this time.
  
  

5. Resolution of Predictions

• Each market will be resolved using reliable third-party sources (e.g., ESPN, Associated Press, CoinMarketCap, government websites).
  
  
• The resolution source will be announced with the market or published when the result is declared.
  
  
• If a source is unclear, we may use multiple reputable sources.
  
  
• Our resolution decision is final and binding.
  
  

6. Market Settlement

• Players who predicted correctly will receive BetCoins according to the rules of that market.
  
  
• Incorrect predictions lose the BetCoins wagered.
  
  

7. Voids and Cancellations

8. Fair Play Standards

All players must:

11. Dispute Resolution

• If you believe a market was resolved incorrectly, you may contact contact@dollarbets.com within 48 hours of settlement.
  
  
• We will review and, if necessary, correct the outcome.
  
  
• All final decisions rest with DollarBets.com.
  
  

12. Updates to Rules

These Rules may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Website means you accept the updated Rules.
